Jailed Without Error, US Men Can Compensation USD 75 Billion

An innocent man who was jailed for 21 years after being found into the perpetrators of rape and murder to get cash compensation amounting to nearly USD 75 billion. Kenneth Ireland (44) when the 18-year-old was found guilty of killing and raping a women. 

Kenneth was released from prison in 2009 after DNA testing proved his innocence. The results of the DNA test once herded Kevin Benefield, who knew the victim Barbara Pelkey, to prison. Benefield is now serving a sentence of 60 years in prison.

"The money compensation that ensures security and makes me have the space to explore the world and see all that this time I miss," said Kenneth who lives in Connecticut, USA, through his attorney, William Bloss. 

Kenneth Money compensation for this is the first issued by the Office of Claims Commissioner affairs since compensation for cases of this kind was given in 2008. "He had 21 years of violence, lack of sleep, fear, and do not have hope because he thought it would die in prison without ever making mistakes, "Commissioner reported Claims Agency, J Paul Vance. "I sincerely apologize to Mr. Ireland over all the pain she endured and I hope he gets the good of the future," added Vance.
